As the former Superintendent of Doddridge County Schools, Dr. Cheeseman has championed innovative approaches to education. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a Master’s in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education, and an educational leadership certification. In 2024, he was honored as the West Virginia Superintendent of the Year.
