The Rev. Joe Seese has spent close to 45 years in leadership positions in both retail management and church ministry. He has served American Baptist Churches in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and currently West Virginia. Joe has received certification for completing Level I of Interim/Transition Minister Training with ABC-USA.
In 2019, Joe became a part of The John Maxwell Team, the world’s largest leadership development and training organization. He is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach. Joe is a Trainer in DiSC Personality and Behavioral Assessments, using this tool to help people and organizations better understand how God has wired them so that they may more effectively communicate. Joe’s goal is to help churches and their leadership organizations get “unstuck” and accomplish all that God has called to do and be.
